Any help would be awesome, I don’t know if it’s an internal parasite but 3 of my fish have bloated stomachs and one has a visible hole in his stomach after it looked like it popped.

I don’t have much experience with that, you could try a freshwater dip, just put them in a bowl of RODI water for about two minutes. Again don’t have much experience on that end so I would get a second opinion

Ok that’s for the help

Hey @Reefer27, that sounds super rough with your fish! Bloated stomachs usually make me worry about internal parasites or even swim bladder issues, but that hole in the stomach is definitely alarming and might mean a serious infection or injury. Have you checked your water parameters recently? Sometimes poor water quality can weaken their immune systems and lead to this kind of stuff. Also, how’s your flow in the tank? Low flow can cause debris to settle and potentially irritate fish. I’ve had a similar issue with my clownfish once where he got a bit bloated and lethargic. A freshwater

Yes sadly he died yesterday so I have no clue what happened no other fish are showing signs of anything and all parameters are good, I have randomized flow but it’s only set of 15% power and none of my corals have issues with the flow 🤷‍♀️😕

Yo that sounds rough. Could be parasites or bacterial. Maybe try a medicated food or quarantine those fish. Also check water params real quick, bad
