One is plenty for a 32 gallon. Look for preset schedules and start off on a lower setting, maybe 30%

I run one on my 30 gallon nano that’s 20x15x19 and it’s at 67 watts at my daily peak. I’m growing sps towards the top pretty good and every thing else is doing good too. It has a cool acclimation setting that you can fire up in the beginning.
