How often do you add copepods to your tank? I have a 175g display with a 30g sump. I have a mandarin, yellow coris wrasse and clownfish that prob pick at my pods but I don’t think I have anyone else in my tank that eats them. Really prob only the mandarin and maybe the wrasse. My tank was moderately stocked before I added them and I’ve added prob 7ish bottles (mix of algaebarn and ocean nutrition) over the last three months my tanks been up and running with fish. Could I get away with every other month at this point?

Reef nutrition not ocean nutrition 🫠 why can’t I edit my own post? Can we get that as an option?

You can just pour the copepods in the sump with chaeto they should multiply and pour left over bottle inside the main display

Yeah I do always pour some in my sump when I add a bottle. There’s definitely some in there and a ton of amphipods. I have chaeto and a few small rocks and sand in my refugium where I add them.

Yea just let nature take its course and don’t put hands in the tank. Weekly water but just 10% idk for a 175g just drain a bit of water and add fresh mix saltwater
