How long has the tank been running and what is the salinity? I don’t see a parasite this may be ammonia burn

That clownfish’s white and orange pattern is super striking! Sorry to hear about the parasite issues. Sometimes freshwater dips aren’t enough if it’s something like marine ich or velvet. Maybe check your quarantine process and run some extra flow and stable alk to keep stress low for the new

Do a shock on the tank. You can get it at pet supermarket and then let it run one cycle

I wouldnt add any fish for at least a month, go full quarantine, check all your water and inspect very very thoroughly, I would also run copper in a Separate tank without coral
