What do I do I think my cycle has stalled water test have not moved in a week new reef tank cycle fishless dr Tim’s method?

The ammonia is off the chart just did a 25% water change to hopefully lower it

how do u have blue ammonia? also when i cycled what rlly sped it up and finished it for me was buying live rock from inside tanks at a pet store. Pretty much overnight finished the cycle
