I am concerned about my toad stool it has been 14 days since it last opened and I am concerned that a spike in PH has killed it.
Thoughts?

Hmm that shrimp seems chill but yeah 14 days no polyp movement aint good hope it bounces back

Looks unhappy, but far from dead. Check your alk, nitrates, phosphates, ph. When in dought do 3 water changes at 20% each
