Mine does this very often, when the lights go off or when he just wants to be left alone after eating . Not sure what he is doing to be exact. But I have two and they do this every so often.

I just read this and thought I would share “An anemone "blowing out" or inflating like this is usually a sign of stress. It could be caused by several factors
Ahhhh ! Ohh thank you! Welp let me do some research as well. I did a water change ( weekly ) . Coral life can be pretty and annoying lol 😂
Sorry for the late reply. I’m guessing it was stressed because I went back a few hours later and it had moved to a new home lol
