Help! Started having a Nitrite spike in my tank. Not sure what it could be. I. Noticed it yesterday and I did a 50% water change but what could be causing this? I checked and everything in the tank is alive and well. Tank was cycled previously and then added in some fish and inverts. Is it just adjusting to the bio load?

Started a 40 gallon in my classroom! Hopefully it'll cycle soon so I can start adding fish
