Need some help with my anemone what do you feed them, also how do I make them happier and fuller like the white one? Side note is it ok for this white anemone to be what looks like eating the molt of my cleaner shrimp?

Did some research I think I’m going to try mysis shrimp and reef roids for food
Mine likes to be hand fed frozen mysis shrimp and brine shrimp.
