Why does my firefish have scratches and a broken top fin

Question

My firefish woke up with these scratches on his back (looks like little hairs). There doesn’t seem to be red or white patches and his top fin (the one that goes up and down) seems broken!

I’m assuming he scratched himself under the rock but could this be a disease?

Ohh… I really hope it isn’t! If you need to catch the fireworm I’ve heard of small traps with a piece of shrimp works well! But you’ve to stay around for a few hours to try and be faster 😅😅

Fire worm? I don’t know for sure, but this is my fear- I found a large one in my 15 gallon tank and I’m worried it will get one of my rock dwelling fish. The sucker hides so well, I have not been able to catch it  yet. From what I believe, they will release their stinging hairs into their prey to stun them and eventually if they pass, will eat them. I hope your fire fish heals soon!!
