Set up my 10 gallon dorm tank last night! Added a yellowtail damsel and some frags from my main tank. Any advice/suggestions?

For my 10 gallon Ive been doing a 1 gallon water change every week and it seems to keep my parameters in check and stable.
That’s my exact plan! I’m running no filter other than the rock and the powerhead so I’m hoping that works out!
