Ah yes, the million dollar question! Best recommendation I have is to watch as your tank cycles. Look for where your sand bed is getting blown too much and where you get diatoms/algae growth and adjust the flow as necessary.

They are in good spot. If your able to program them to alternate or ramp up/down at different times that would be great flow.
