I setup a quarantine tank setup for a new fish and live rock. Been a few days now. Got this out of the live rock today. Can I get help knowing what some of these things are? New to saltwater beginner here.

What kind of quarantine tank? Because medicated quarantine has no live rock or substrate. Also did you mean to post pictures? What questions about qt do you have? What what things are?
I posted a video afterwards. The tank is unmedicated. No substrate and rock is in there because I got it from a big name pet store. I didn't want to transfer unattended things into the display tank.
I don't see a video. Can you try again? I would highly recommend medicated qt. Fish tent to have all sorts of worms and parasites. Lfs or other stores 95% don't treat if no symptoms. Putting untreated fish into quarantine risks existing tankmates. This is protocols that you may find useful. Though I suggest you skip formalin dips as uts dangerous, toxic and causes cancer if not handled right.
