Clownfishes are always good. Two or three CUC such as turbo snail, nassarius snail, and lysmata wurdemanni would be real nice too.
Tailspot Blenny is solid for 15g. Maybe add some small softies or a cleaner shrimp too
Pair of clowns and a goby and pistol shrimp, thatโs what I have and I love it
I was thinking about putting a royal gramma but people say it is too big for the tank
Will become territorial with the firefish and it will rarely come out
Iโd go for a pair of clowns for sure, then maybe a goby/blenny/fire fish

I have a pair of clowns, a Tailspot Blenny (highly recommend bc of their personalities), emerald crab, cleaner shrimp plus CUC
I know itโs kind of illegal in the reef community but I Was Planning to put a pair of snowflake clowns a mandarin dragonet and a firefish even though it is really stacked I bought a good skimmer and if things get out of hand I will get a fluval canister filter
You are gonna fail with the dragonet if itโs not eating already from the shop or you have a very mature tank with lots of pods. Iโd say your are good with 3-4 small fish in a 15G. But Iโd perhaps choose something else instead like a pink streaked wrasse, a watchman goby (only if you have a deep sand bed) a small blenny. You could even do a goby + pistol pair
Dragonets need very established tanks
