Are they all orange coralline algae but turn pink over time? Why are they always orange?
Sono tutte alghe coralline arancioni ma diventano rosa col tempo ? Perché sono sempre arancione

Coralline can stay orange depending on the type, so it may not all turn pink. If it feels hard and crusty instead of slimy, that’s a good sign.

Yes coralline can be orange, pink, purple, green. When it’s hidden and uncovered it can show as this fluorescent orange color. But it fades in color within a day.
But I'm telling you it's been there for a month now; at first it could only be seen under blue actinic light, but now it shows up under full light too. I tried brushing it off, but it's crusted on because I thought it was cyanobacteria, but that's not the case.
Ma ti dico che ormai è un mese che è lì prima si vedeva solo con la luce attinica blu ma ora si vede anche con la luce piena o provato a spazzolarle via ma sono incrostate perché pensavo fossero ciano batteri ma non è così
