Should I be supplemental feeding my snails n hermits on a new tank? I have some nori sheets... I was thinking of rubber banding one around a small PVC and letting it on the bottom over night. Thoughts? I do have a couple established Live Rock from lfs. Just want to make sure they have enough to eat.

That sounds like a good plan! In a newer tank there’s usually not enough natural algae or detritus for snails and hermits so adding nori sheets is a great idea until the tank matures and you start seeing more film algae. I usually do the rubber band trick too and pull it out if they ignore it overnight. Just watch that uneaten food doesn’t spike your nutrients while your bacteria is still adjusting!
